Traditional home designs contain a variety of styles that do not fit clearly into other design styles but that contain characteristics of older home styles including columns, gables and dormers. Many two story house plans with the traditional design sport covered entries, at least one front facing gable, symmetrically spaced windows and modest ornamentation.
